Using BecomeFreelancer
By accessing or using BecomeFreelancer, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information when uploading your CV, and you're responsible for reviewing the generated profile content before publishing it to Upwork or any other platform.
Payment and access
BecomeFreelancer is offered as a single, one-time payment for lifetime access to the tools and content included at the time of purchase. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use generated content in a way that misrepresents your actual skills or experience.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Ownership of generated content
Once generated, the profile content, portfolio write-ups, and other text created for you are yours to use, edit, and publish however you like, including on Upwork or any other platform. BecomeFreelancer retains no ownership claim over your generated content.
Disclaimer of outcomes
BecomeFreelancer provides tools and guidance to improve your Upwork profile and strategy. We do not guarantee specific income, client volume, or platform outcomes - see our Disclaimer.
Limitation of liability
BecomeFreelancer is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or the content it generates. Nothing here limits liability that can't be excluded under applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms. Since access is a one-time lifetime purchase rather than a subscription, termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund - see our Refund Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BecomeFreelancer after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
